Characteristics
Specific Gravity: 1.4–1.8 g/cm³, depending on the formulation and color.
Particle Size Distribution: Average size 30–50 μm; 99% < 100 μm, 60–70% > 32 μm.
Applications
Application Methods: Suitable for high-voltage electrostatic spraying and friction electrostatic coating.
Recommended Film Thickness: 50–150 μm, depending on industry requirements.
Coverage: 9–12 m²/kg at a film thickness of 60 μm.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 20 kg cartons with inner plastic liners.
Storage Conditions: Store away from heat sources and direct sunlight, in a dry environment below 30°C.
Shelf Life: 24 months under recommended storage conditions.
Curing Conditions
Low-Temperature Curing: 160°C for 20 minutes (based on workpiece temperature).
Standard Curing: 180°C for 20 minutes (based on workpiece temperature).
Fast Curing: 200°C for 10 minutes (based on workpiece temperature).
