Electrostatic Powder Coating Equipment'S Powder Recycler With Filter Element
The filter element is constructed from waterproof and antistatic polyester material and is installed within the lower recycle box.
The blowback self-cleaning device in the recycle system efficiently removes accumulated powder from the filter element.
The blowback device is equipped with an electronic control instrument and a pulse membrane valve for effective operation.
The automatic powder recycle system is located at the bottom of the powder saver. Recycled powder is transported via a powder recycle pump into an electric powder filter, where it is screened and returned to the powder supply bucket. After fluidization, it is evenly mixed with new powder in the bucket.
